Travel Insurance is only offered if your request is covered by Travel Pay. Cancellation charges applicable as per booking.

Payment Options

Amendment and Cancellation Policy

Standard cancellation charges as specified by each Confirmation Booking. All cancellations are to be communicated in writing.

Any amendment in the original booking has to be given in writing to the company. If any amendment is requested after the receipt of the service voucher, then the amendment request will be considered on a case-to-case basis. The company reserves the right to charge additional service charges as indicated at the above mentioned booking.

In case where cancellation charges are applicable or if you have booked a service that cannot be refunded by the company, the company will not be liable to refund any amount.

The company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations if such delay or failure arises due to causes beyond the control of the company including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, governmental actions, or any other force majeure conditions.

Refund and Cancellation

The refund shall be processed within 30 working days from the date of cancellation request.

If the booking payment was made through valid credit card, then the refund will be made to the same credit card account. If the booking payment was made through cheque or cash deposit, then the refund will be made through bank transfer to the bank account details provided by the customer.

Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or in connection with this website or the services provided by the company shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India
